North Carolina men’s basketball finally received some good news of the young offseason, as Seth Trimble and (unofficially) RJ Davis will be making their return to Chapel Hill next year. Trimble was in the transfer portal and officially announced his withdrawal on Tuesday afternoon on his social media. It was also reported within hours that Davis will be announcing his return for a fifth season in the coming days.
Even with the trajectory looking upwards, we are on the brink of May, and Hubert Davis still has not landed a transfer out of this years portal cycle.
